Business & Process Consultant – SAP S/4 HANA Project

Responsibilities

The Business & Process Consultant will play a pivotal role in the main SAP S/4 HANA implementation for eleven teamsports GmbH, the largest company in our group. This position is responsible for bridging business requirements and IT solutions, focusing on omnichannel retail processes and leveraging SAP's latest cloud technologies.

Your tasks:

• Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end retail processes, ensuring alignment with omnichannel strategies
• Deep understanding of core ERP modules (Finance, Controlling, Procurement, Sales, Logistics), in best case with hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations
• Identify and integrate touchpoints with SAP Cloud solutions on the Business Technology Platform, recommending innovative approaches for process automation, analytics, and extensibility
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business processes into scalable IT solutions, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and functional specifications
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to assess process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making
• Facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and maintain clear communication across business and IT teams
• Develop detailed process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support adoption and continuous improvement

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years in SAP or business consulting, ideally with a focus on retail or eCommerce - Nice to have: Proven track record in S/4 HANA projects and process optimization
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time
• Familiarity with cloud integration technologies. Knowledge of SAP's cloud strategy and the SAP Business Technology Plattform is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. SAP certification is a plus
• Fluent English and German
