Location

We prioritize candidates based in Dubai, followed by those working remotely in our European Hub Locations (UK, Spain, or Germany).

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Manager focused on Digital Growth, your primary objective will be measurable user acquisition and conversion, rather than broad brand awareness. You will be a key member of 1inch's Digital & Growth team, collaborating closely with Brand, Product, and Business Development. You will act as the engine for company expansion, leveraging data-driven performance marketing to scale our user base. This role uniquely blends product and performance, requiring you to transform complex Web3 product launches into high-converting paid ads, lifecycle emails, and strategic growth partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Paid Growth: Execute and optimize multi-channel ad campaigns to drive user acquisition.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and enhance campaign ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and implement automated email campaigns for product updates and user retention.
• KOL Coordination: Manage influencer activations and track the performance of key creators.
• Partnership Activation: Identify and execute co-marketing initiatives and paid media placements.
• Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end project timelines, deliverables, and documentation in Confluence.
• Cross-Team Synergy: Collaborate with Brand, Product, and BD teams to support major integrations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years in digital/growth marketing, ideally within the Web3 or tech sectors.
• Paid Media Mastery: Demonstrated success in running and scaling paid ad campaigns.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, Hubspot).
• Analytics Focus: Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or Dune.
• Project Management: Strong skills in coordinating complex deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Execution Mindset: A hands-on approach with a high degree of accountability and attention to detail.
• Async Collaboration: Ability to work independently within a global, remote-first structure.
• Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal English communication skills for internal reporting.
