Your Areas of Responsibility:

• Development & Design: Conception and implementation of complex forms using Adobe Forms, SmartForms, and classic SAPscript files.
• Programming: Creation and optimization of ABAP and ABAP OO programs for data retrieval for form printing.
• Modernization: Migration of existing form landscapes (e.g., from SmartForms to Adobe Forms) and connection to cloud solutions.
• Interface Management: Integration of forms into business processes (SD, MM, FI/CO) and connection of external output management systems.
• Consulting: Support for specialist departments in defining layouts and technical requirements.
• Troubleshooting: Analysis and resolution of errors in the print environment as well as performance optimization.

Your Profile:

• Education: Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in SAP development.
• Language Skills: Profound knowledge of ABAP and ABAP Objects.
• Focus on Forms: Expert knowledge of Adobe Interactive Forms (Adobe Document Services), SmartForms, and SAPScript is essential.
• Web Technologies: Basic knowledge of JavaScript (for Adobe Forms logic) and ideally initial contact with SAPUI5/Fiori.
• Process Knowledge: Good understanding of common SAP modules (esp. SD, MM, PP) and their print control (message determination).
• Work Style: Analytical thinking skills, quality awareness, and enjoyment of documentation.
