Responsibilities

• Engage in conversations with companies -- casually, honestly, and at eye level. No scripts, just genuine interest.
• Identify where our services can truly create added value and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Actively contribute: Your ideas will be incorporated into our conversation strategies, processes, and tools.
• Develop yourself every day -- in conversation, in thinking, in demeanor. And if you wish, towards sales management.

Qualifications

• You are communicative, honest, and enjoy talking to people.
• You are ambitious and want to develop personally and professionally.
• You don't need sales experience -- motivation and willingness to learn count more than a resume.
• You can handle rejection and remain friendly, even when things get tough.
• You are looking for long-term employment where you can grow and develop.
