Your Mission
Are you a professional in customer contact and a skilled deal-maker? We have a big mission: We want to become the market leader for pricing software. And for that, we are looking for you! 7Learnings is looking for an Account Executive (m/f/d) in full-time at the Berlin location to redefine the boundaries of our sales engine together with us.
As a Sales Account Executive, B2B SaaS (m/f/d), you primarily have one goal: to inspire and convert qualified prospects by presenting the 7Learnings solution and successfully negotiating contracts. This is a dynamic role where you are in charge of your own success – the perfect stepping stone to Senior Account Executive, while simultaneously helping to further build our sales team.
Your Responsibilities
Consultative B2B Selling & Enterprise Sales
You sell consultatively at eye level.
Relationship Management
You build and maintain long-term relationships with senior-level contacts.
Product Demos
You present customized demonstrations of the 7Learnings solution to potential customers.
Best Practices
You continuously develop sales standards, pitches, objection handling, and problem-solving strategies.
Contract Negotiation
You lead the negotiation process and ensure that the commercial framework is optimal for both parties.
Sales Goals
You consistently achieve and exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Strategic Contribution
You help align the operational strategy, optimize new processes, and build strategic partnerships.
Your Profile
- You have 2-4 years of experience in retail and/or e-commerce.
- You have extensive experience in consultative B2B selling and enterprise sales.
- You conduct impactful presentations and take a consultative sales approach.
- You are strong in character, positive, and resilient.
- You go the extra mile to build new customer relationships.
- You have excellent German and good English skills.
What We Offer
- A base salary of €60,000, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of up to €100,000.
- 30 days of vacation per year.
- Flexible working hours with an office in Berlin Mitte and 3 days of home office per week for your work-life balance.
