Your Responsibilities as a Video Creator (m/f/d)

On-site Video Production:

You will film videos at our clients' locations -- using both professional cameras and smartphones (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Image Videos, Recruiting Clips).

Video Editing & Post-Production:

You will independently edit and post-produce videos, primarily using CapCut, but also open to other programs (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).

Content Implementation for Social Media:

You will create video formats specifically for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube -- quickly, creatively, and platform-appropriately.

Independent Organization:

You will plan your shoots, prepare for them, and work in a structured manner -- in close coordination with our team, but with significant personal responsibility.

On-site Client Interaction:

You will present yourself confidently and engagingly to our clients, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere during shoots.

Trend Awareness:

You have an eye for current video and social media trends and actively contribute your own ideas.

Your Profile

• Experience as a Video Creator, Content Creator, or Videographer in an agency or company.
• Proficient in video recording -- using both cameras and smartphones.
• Excellent knowledge of CapCut; proficiency in other editing software is a plus.
• High degree of self-organization and a reliable work ethic.
• Mobility is essential: You have a valid driver's license and are willing to travel within the region for client shoots.
• Creative flair for visuals, editing, music, and storytelling.
• Available for part-time employment with at least 20 hours per week.
