Understand and dissect complex pricing structures to negotiate optimal terms.\n* Agency and Partner Management: Negotiate with sales houses and media agencies, building long-term, collaborative relationships to secure sustainable competitive advantages.\n* Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze media trends and performance KPIs. Optimize budgets based on evaluations to ensure investments yield the greatest impact.\n* Strategic Purchasing: Oversee strategic purchasing of other marketing services, developing scalable processes and structures.\n\n### Profile\n\n* Solid Foundation: Completed Master's or Diploma degree in Business Administration with a focus on Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, or Materials Management.\n* Practical Experience: Several years of practical experience in media buying, ideally with a strong focus on TV and Digital. Experience from a media agency is a significant advantage.\n* Negotiation Expertise: Experienced in structuring complex contracts, optimizing terms, and valuing long-term, fair partner relationships.\n* Analytical Skills: Proficient in understanding and translating complex data and price analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.\n* CEE Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific challenges and characteristics of Eastern European markets.
