Ihre Aufgaben
- Lead, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives and projects
- Identify and develop locally relevant marketing activities
- Support the marketplace model by generating new local leads
- Collaborate closely with various departments, such as marketing, tech teams, logistics, or customer service
- Identify and implement measures to improve the customer experience
- Manage internal and external service providers and stakeholders
- Monitor local performance and shop KPIs
- Support the Markets Team with in-depth analyses, strategic business cases, and operational optimizations

Do you know your target market inside out and have strong business knowledge gained through hands-on experience in an e-commerce company or a management consultancy? Then you're a perfect fit for our team.
- Completed studies in business administration or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or the fashion industry
- High motivation as well as a structured and independent working style
- Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding
- Very good skills in MS Office, especially Excel
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English
