Your Role

We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our international team at our Munich location. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) starting immediately.

Your Responsibilities

Digital Lead & Content Marketing:

  • Maintain and develop our WordPress website, create and optimize landing pages (SEO, Conversion, UX).
  • Implement and optimize lead campaigns with Pardot/Salesforce (lead tracking, reporting, KPI analysis).
  • Plan, execute, analyze, and report on online campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Create and send targeted newsletters and manage the LinkedIn channel.
  • Support the implementation of webinars and integrate event leads into Salesforce.

Campaigns & Industry Marketing:

  • Develop and implement marketing measures to support sales in the EMEA region.
  • Contribute to the content preparation and follow-up for trade fairs and industry events.
  • Participate in PR activities and advertisements in trade media.
  • Create and coordinate marketing materials for technical products.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training or degree in (Digital) Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly website management, SEO, and lead management (graduates and young professionals are explicitly welcome).
  • Basic knowledge or initial experience with WordPress, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and ideally with CRM or marketing automation systems.
  • Interest in marketing for capital goods: technical content, long decision-making processes, data-driven lead qualification, and close integration with sales.
  • Understanding of data-driven work and lead management.
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, a hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for new digital trends.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English.
