Main Tasks:
Based in Madrid, with some remote working flexibility. We are seeking a Real Estate expert for our Real Estate Solutions & Valuations Team. This team uses Accumin's extensive database combined with Real Estate expertise to offer custom solutions, aiding clients in making informed investment and management decisions. You will work in an innovative and inspiring environment, becoming an integral part of our company. The dynamic Spanish Real Estate market presents significant opportunities, advising major funds and investment platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing valuations across various asset types (Residential, Land, WIPS, CRE) and presenting clear, concise reports. This involves analyzing market data and comparable transactions for NPL and REO portfolios, as well as single transactions.
- Conducting commercial due diligence and market reports, analyzing information, and preparing structured reports to meet client needs.
- Supporting active mandates, including information analysis, real estate asset valuation, assisting senior members with financial modeling and valuation analysis, and data-room management.
- Assisting with marketing initiatives, such as market research, industry vertical analysis, macroeconomic environment analysis, potential client screening, market analysis, asset valuations, and due diligence processes.
- Supporting the expansion into new markets and the development of new tools, contributing to the creation and coordination of new services and tools in Valuations and Real Estate advisory.
Your Profile
What we expect from you:
- A technical degree (e.g., Architecture, Engineering) is preferred.
- A Master's degree in Real Estate will be advantageous.
- Experience in similar roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Expertise in Business Intelligence Tools is a plus.
