ACO Marine, part of the global ACO Group, is looking for an Area Sales Manager to help us grow our business in the coming years. We deliver Innovative, tailor-made wastewater treatment solutions for the maritime industry -- designed for sustainability, efficiency, and long-term impact on our oceans and waterways.

About The Role

You'll be part of our international sales team, driving strategic growth and expanding our presence in key maritime markets. As an Area Sales Manager, you'll:

  • Drive sales growth in your region (exact region can be discussed).
  • Build and maintain strong client and local partner relationships.
  • Offer consultative, solution-focused sales support.
  • Travel internationally (approx. 30% of the time).

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage targeted local partners to grow market share and margin.
  • Act as the primary contact for your assigned region and partners.
  • Visit international shipyards and shipping companies.
  • Support partners in expanding their sales reach and turnover.
  • Handle business support tasks: quotations, contracts, agreements.
  • Present ACO Marine products to both partners and end-users.
  • Participate in developing and executing annual sales plans.
  • Represent ACO Marine at international trade shows and events.
  • Report directly to our Head of Sales.

Your profile:

  • A sales-driven mindset with a consultative approach.
  • 5+ years' experience in solution-based B2B sales.
  • Technical education (a must-have).
  • Business-level English (C1+).
  • Marine sector experience? Great, but not essential!
