Your Responsibilities

Then ADAC Luftrettung gGmbH, at the new, state-of-the-art campus of Oberpfaffenhofen Airport, the Bavarian location for aerospace, offers you a varied role as an assistant (w/m/d) for the Training & Flight School department. In the fascinating environment of maintenance for ADAC helicopters and modern flight and rescue simulators, you will support us in providing the best possible and most competent support to our flight personnel.

  • Planning and Coordination of Training - You will assist in the organizational planning of training courses and check flights for our flight personnel, especially pilots and TC-HEMS, and will be a competent and creative point of contact for them.
  • Office Management - You will keep an overview in the office: especially regarding deadlines, regulations, and the administrative and organizational tasks involved. You will plan proactively and help us to improve or rethink existing workflows.
  • Data Analysis and Evaluations - You will prepare evaluations and statistics using various programs for the planning of training measures and independently process inquiries from the training department.
  • Participation in Project Management - You will actively participate in internal projects, such as the introduction and development of new software solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and processes. You will also support special tasks and contribute your ideas creatively and energetically.

Your Profile

  • Theory is Solid - You have completed commercial, administrative, or technical training and have already gained professional experience in a comparable field. You can ideally demonstrate your enthusiasm for aviation.
  • Know-How -- The use of various software is a focus of this position: You have a confident command of common MS Office programs and very good knowledge of Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and are open to using company-specific operational software. You are also comfortable with the routine use of common IT hardware (e.g., iPads).
  • Communication - Your German language skills are at C1 level, and good English skills make you confident in any situation.
  • Creativity - You convince with unconventional, pragmatic solutions and are also particularly flexible in terms of time.
  • What Completes Your Profile - You are a team player with a quick grasp and a solution-oriented attitude. Commitment, reliability, and a sense of responsibility characterize you.
