Your Role

As a Process Engineer with MTM expertise, you will be the driving force for efficient manufacturing processes and, together with Airbus at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site, will advance technical innovations in aviation - your ideal runway for a career with lift, with us by your side.

Your Responsibilities:

• Creating MTM STV (standard time value) and MTM UAS (universal analyzing system) time calculations and acting as the point of contact for production, work preparation, engineering, and central departments.
• Time evaluation of modifications, process optimizations, and improvement suggestions, as well as conducting time management projects.
• Further development of the calculation method and calculation process for the Hamburg plant and participation in cross-plant projects.
• Initiating, supervising, and technically reviewing external work packages (service contracts) for the creation of MTM STV time calculations.
• Creating time management evaluations using common tools such as TICON, Google Sheets, Palantir, as well as reports and conducting presentations.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed studies in engineering or a REFA technician with comparable knowledge and skills.
• Several years of professional experience in Methods-Time Measurement/execution of time calculations with MTM STV, work preparation, and process management within optimization projects, preferably from the aviation industry.
• LEAN knowledge as well as good knowledge of SAP and TiCon.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
