YOUR ROLE

• App Development with Flutter: As part of your agile and cross-functional team, you will be responsible for the new and further development of cross-platform applications for mobile devices (iOS and Android) as well as all platforms supported by Flutter. You will independently plan, design, and implement new features, thus ensuring intuitive applications.
• Pioneer: You will set the course for further development. You will be involved in analysis, conception, specification, and implementation.
• Architecture and Quality Assurance: As a Lead Dev, you will actively participate in selecting the appropriate architecture and design patterns. You will ensure within your dev team that the patterns are applied correctly and that the code quality generally meets our high standards.
• Knowledge Sharing and Consulting: As an experienced developer, you will take responsibility, participate in code reviews, and share best practices. You will support the team as a mentor and act as a central technical contact person, providing advice to all roles.

YOUR PROFILE

• Flutter Expertise and Native Know-how: Throughout your professional career, you have gained several years of experience (approx. 4-5 years) with Flutter and greatly enjoy developing mobile apps. You also master a common framework for developing native apps with iOS or Android.
• Architecture Expertise: You have an advanced understanding of software architecture in Flutter apps and can demonstrate this through complex projects in which you have contributed to the design of the software architecture.
• Tech Mindset: You have a natural sense for innovation and a passion for new technologies, and the thought of lean and well-usable code makes your heart beat faster.
• Soft Skills: You have strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex issues understandably. You are also capable of taking responsibility and making decisions.
• Agility: You have already worked in agile projects (e.g., according to Scrum) and feel comfortable in cross-functional teams.
• Language Skills: You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
