About Us

We are looking for a Meister / Techniker (m/f/d) for Building Services Engineering for permanent employment with our established, Germany-wide partner.

Our partner is a nationwide company in residential construction that specializes in the planning and implementation of standardized, energy-efficient residential buildings. Numerous new construction projects in terraced and multi-story housing are realized annually, with a consistent focus on technical quality, economic efficiency, and sustainability.

In the area of technical building equipment, the focus is on future-proof supply concepts, particularly on heat pump systems, controlled residential ventilation, hot water and drinking water systems, as well as the technical standardization of these solutions across many construction projects. Technical planning is carried out centrally and is supported conceptually, analytically, and optimisingly, rather than being driven by traditional site requirements.

The role combines practical TGA know-how with technical planning, quality assurance, and further development of standards, making it ideal for professionals who want to apply their experience outside of pure site operations.

Responsibilities

  • Technical planning, review, and optimization of supply concepts in new residential construction
  • Design of heating, hot water, and ventilation systems
  • Review of execution plans from external specialist planners and subcontractors
  • Technical coordination with project development, construction management, and internal specialist departments
  • Ensuring compliance with technical, energetic, and economic specifications
  • Support with tenders, contract awards, and technical standards

Profile

  • Completed qualification as a Meister , Techniker , or Ingenieur in Building Services Engineering, SHK, TGA, or equivalent
  • Experience in the planning, design, or technical support of heating and supply systems
  • Knowledge in the field of energy-efficient construction, ideally heat pump and ventilation technology
  • Confident handling of technical documents, calculations, and execution plans

We Offer

  • Bonus program
  • Flexible working hours with a 4-day work week
  • Home office options
  • Flat hierarchies
  • Structured onboarding including a mentoring program
