Founder's Associate Intern - Operations (m/w/d)

WHAT WE DO

aescolab provides high-quality blood analyses that help you to achieve your best energy level in your daily life.

We believe in a preventive approach to healthcare and support those that feel restricted by exhaustion and a lack of energy to grasp their full potential. Our product combines granular blood-biomarker analysis, tailored lifestyle recommendations, educational content and close support to uncover the roots of fatigue symptoms.

Founded in 2024, backed by Danish impact fund KRING and headquartered in Berlin, aescolab started to build out a strong team to roll out its commercial activities in the German market. As aescolab's Founder' Associate Intern (m/w/d) you will work directly with ourCo-Founder Tobias (COO).

YOUR PROFILE

• Academic background in business administration or a tech-related field appreciated.
• First work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a start-up.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive results independently.
• Efficient problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Structured and organized work approach, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to contribute to building a company from scratch.
• Fluent GERMAN language skills are MANDATORY, very good English language skills as well.

YOUR ROLE

• You will work hand-in-hand with the COO and Co-Founder on all things processes, operations, customer experience and support.
• You will identify potential barriers to core process scalability and propose solutions on how to overcome these.
• You will identify areas of necessary improvement with regards to the end-to-end customer experience.
• You will evaluate how cutting-edge technologies can enhance our "behind-the-scenes" operations.
• You will work with a variety of stakeholders, from medical practitioners over lab partners to channel partners.
• You will be in direct touch with our customers and make sure their voice gets heard internally.
