From tech startups to fashion labels and cultural institutions, we partner with clients ready to stand out.\n\n## About the Role\n\nWe're looking for a Berlin or Copenhagen-based Brand Consultant (freelance/contract) to support our growing portfolio of international clients. You'll work closely with our founder and creative team to develop sharp brand strategies, lead client workshops, and translate insights into action across naming, messaging, tone of voice, and visual positioning.\n\n## What You'll Do\n\n* Lead or co-lead brand strategy projects, from discovery to delivery\n* Conduct brand audits, competitive landscape analysis, and audience research\n* Facilitate engaging workshops that extract clarity and direction\n* Craft positioning statements, brand narratives, and messaging frameworks\n* Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and campaign teams\n* Support creative concept development and go-to-market planning\n* Contribute to internal projects, IP development, and new business pitches\n\n## What We're Looking For\n\n* 3+ years experience in brand strategy, brand consulting, or similar\n* A sharp eye for insight and a love for storytelling and systems\n* Strong presentation and facilitation skills\n* Confidence working with clients across sectors, especially in lifestyle, fashion, tech, or culture\n* A proactive, collaborative mindset and a structured way of working\n* Fluency in English (German, Danish, or another European language is a plus)\n\n## What You'll Get\n\n* Flexible, remote-friendly work culture\n* Inspiring, fast-paced projects with values-driven brands\n* Close collaboration with a small, creative team\n* A chance to help shape the growth of a young, ambitious consultancy
