Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you are the central interface between the market and the agency:

  • New customer acquisition through cold calling
  • Qualification of inquiries and conducting initial consultations
  • Strategic further development of our sales approach
  • Identification and research of relevant decision-makers

Medium-term:

  • Contract negotiations and closing projects

You will work in direct coordination with management and have real creative freedom.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Negotiable German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Ambition: To become one of the leading sales professionals in the DACH region.
  • Independent, structured way of working
  • Professionalism in customer contact

Advantageous

  • Understanding of web design, web development, or branding
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Sales experience (optional)
