Software Support Engineer (German & English Speaking)

Location: Frankfurt and mostly Remote

Type: Full-time / Part-Time

Are you fluent in German and English with strong technical skills and a proven support background? Archibo GmbH, a reliable IT consultancy firm in Germany, is looking for an experienced Software Support Engineer to provide expert-level assistance to our global clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality technical support in both German and English
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently and professionally
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support cases and customer interactions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in support processes and tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software support, IT, or a related technical role
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken)
  • Strong understanding of software systems, logs, and debugging practices
  • Experience with ticketing and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or basic scripting
  • Understanding Cisco WebexCC
  • Good Knowledge on Artificial Intelligence
  • Experience in supporting enterprise or SaaS platforms
