agnion GmbH is a young AI tech startup based in Cologne, founded in February 2025.

We develop agentic AI solutions for large corporations. Our international team combines technology, entrepreneurial spirit, and creativity --- and this is where you come in.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for our corporate clients
• Coordinate client projects, manage stakeholders, facilitate alignment meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions
• Translate business & customer requirements into structured technical tasks
• Collaborate with Engineering teams, facilitate problem solvings
• Manage progress and ensure delivery quality
• Support structured ways of working (Scrum experience is a plus)

What You Bring

• Proven strong customer communication skills in German and English
• Experience in project management, ideally in the IT or tech industry
• Solid AI and technical foundational understanding (conceptual, no coding required)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Team-oriented mindset & confident interaction between customers & engineers
• Curiosity for cutting-edge AI technology and entrepreneurial spirit
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
