With this job posting, we are looking for an Insurance Clerk (m/f/d) for the Property/HUK division. Depending on your professional experience, the complexity of the subject matter and your scope for decision-making and action will vary. In any case, we will provide you with qualified training for your new job.
About the Role
The focus of the activity is on:
- Advising and supporting our private and business clients
- Brokering insurance policies in all areas of property/HUK from our Cologne office – no cold calling, client visits only in exceptional cases!
- Managing the consulting and brokerage process "from the initial inquiry to the contract."
- Assisting with damage claims and their processing
- Participating in projects related to the digitalization of our brokerage firm
Who Fits Best
- Completed vocational training or further education in insurance (Insurance Clerk, Insurance Specialist, Bank Clerk) with the corresponding certificate of competence according to § 34d GewO
- Service-oriented, communicative, and empathetic personality
- Analytical skills
- Precise way of working and attention to detail
- Trustworthiness and discretion
- Strong consulting and customer-oriented mindset (not a sales-driven mentality)

What Else You Should Know
Start of employment: immediately
We are looking for an employee for initially up to 30 hours per week. The position can be expanded to up to 40 hours per week after the probationary period.
