Business Process Manager (d/f/m) - Master Data Governance

Requirements

Must have:

• Experience in business process modeling tools (e.g., Symbio, PLCM)
• Agile / Scrum knowledge and ways of working
• Knowledge of master data management & governance principles
• Technical skills in translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Proficiency in standard tools, such as SAP and Google Workspace
• High customer orientation and responsiveness
• Strong ability to build and manage business relationships
• Excellent English language skills at negotiation level
• Professional experience ideally as a Business Process Manager (or a comparable role)
• Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Process Owner Delegate (POD) for Satair's Master Data & SAP Authorisation Management processes
• Model, document, analyze, communicate & train on the Master Data Management process in Satair's Company Management System (CMS)
• Ensure process alignment between Satair's CMS & Airbus Business Management System (BMS) and document interfaces and delegations
• Support and manage process transformation projects (e.g., MMIP, ERP MDM & MDG)
• Collaborate in process discovery and design workshops
• Establish & control Process Performance Indicators (e.g., adherence, efficiency)
• Monitor process performance & identify opportunities for improvement
• Incorporate requirements applicable to processes in scope and ensure compliance
• Validate IT change requests affecting Master Data Management scope
• Create and follow up on IT Change Requests
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications & validate developments via User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Work closely with Process Owner, other Delegates & orchestrate Specialists community sharing updates, issues & best practices
• Travel occasionally within Europe as required
