Job Description

  • Execution of test orders in the field of operating material analytics, especially cooling water, fuels, and lubricating oils.
  • Analysis of samples using wet chemical and instrumental analysis methods (e.g., HPLC, ICP-OES, IC, GC-FID, calorimetry, titration, photometry), including mechanical and chemical preparation.
  • Recording and logging of experimental data.

Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a Chemielaborant (m/f/d) or Chemisch-Technischer Assistent (m/f/d).
  • Experience in instrumental analytics, especially chromatography (GC, HPLC, IC), spectroscopy (ICP-OES), titrations, thermogravimetry, and calorimetry.
  • Sound knowledge in mineral oil analytics is desirable.
  • Confident use of common IT applications (MS Office, SAP, and laboratory databases).
  • Fluent German and good English language skills.
  • Independent, goal-oriented way of working combined with teamwork skills.
