Client Details

For our renowned client in the maritime defense industry, we are looking for qualified support as a Project Coordinator Training Facilities Navy (m/f/d) at the Hamburg location as soon as possible.

If you have a technical or commercial-technical degree or a comparable qualification, experience in coordinating technical projects – ideally in the maritime or security-relevant environment – and enjoy working in a structured manner on complex training and learning systems, we look forward to receiving your application.

Job Description

  • You will coordinate training and learning facilities at defined naval bases and naval schools.
  • You will liaise directly with the naval schools as the client and user of the facilities.
  • You will coordinate suppliers and internal departments such as Training, Design, Software, and Maintenance.
  • You will organize and support the installation, commissioning, acceptance, and further development of the facilities.
  • You will assist with software testing, system trials, and technical error analysis.
  • You will manage deadlines, tasks, and project-related communication.
  • You will ensure complete technical documentation.
  • You will support the preparation and execution of training and further education measures.

Profile

  • You have a completed technical or commercial-technical degree or a comparable qualification.
  • You have experience in the project coordination of technical projects.
  • You ideally have experience in the maritime, military, or security-relevant environment.
  • You have a good understanding of complex technical systems and their use in training operations.
  • You have very good German language skills and ideally English language skills.
  • You are willing to undertake occasional business trips to naval bases.
