Client Details

We are looking for you for our globally active client with around 50,000 employees as an IT Application Specialist (m/f/d) Quality Assurance in the Nuremberg region.

Job Description

• Administration, maintenance, and optimization of the measurement data software "PALEDO" as well as contact person for technical inquiries
• Ensuring the availability and functionality of the software in the production environment
• Development and implementation of interfaces between measuring devices and software
• Ensuring smooth integration of measuring technology into the IT landscape in collaboration with production and external service providers
• Creation and maintenance of dashboards for the visualization and evaluation of production and quality data
• Support in the interpretation of analyses and ensuring data quality and consistency
• Analysis of production data to identify optimization potential and development of algorithms and models
• Selection, implementation, and introduction of new IT tools, including training and support for users

Profile

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in supporting IT systems, ideally in a production or quality environment
• Knowledge in interface development (e.g., OPC UA, REST APIs), data analysis, and visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python)
• Experience with data science methods and the analysis of large amounts of data
• Teamwork, strong communication skills, and problem-solving competence.
• Very good German and English skills
