About the Position

In the role of Sales Assistant (m/f/d) at the Bremen location, you will take on a central function in daily sales and administrative activities. You will ensure a smooth process, support our colleagues, and actively promote collaboration between sales, customers, and internal departments.
Your Tasks
Communication
- You will act as a communication interface between sales, customers, staff units, and various business areas.
- You will be the first point of contact for internal employees, project teams, and branches.
- You will handle business correspondence in spoken and written form.
- You will ensure a smooth flow of information among all stakeholders.
Administration & Controlling
- You will coordinate appointments, meetings, events, and reliably ensure deadlines are met.
- You will create statistics, presentations, and minutes, and support trade show organization.
- You will handle administrative processes such as fleet management, invoice verification, or travel organization.
- You will support monthly and annual closings as well as employee and project controlling.
Assistance to the Department
- You will support the continuous development of internal processes and structures.
- You will manage incoming and outgoing mail and general organizational tasks.
- You will perform general administrative tasks for the department.
Sales
- You will support telephone acquisition and the support of new and existing customers.
- You will create, send, and monitor contracts and necessary documents (e.g., AÜV, Equal Pay, HÜD).
- You will maintain customer data, coordinate training, and SCC-relevant topics.
- You will handle OPOS follow-up and research potential customers and special permits.
Your Profile
- You have a commercial apprenticeship or initial knowledge in personnel management.
- You have experience in sales or project coordination.
- You feel comfortable in everyday office life and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- You are proficient in MS Office and quickly learn new systems.
- You are communicative, reliable, and service-oriented – both internally and externally.
