Your Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the IT services in the end-user workplace environment.
  • Managing and coordinating the IT service technicians to ensure efficient support.
  • Ensuring the availability, performance, and security of all workplace systems (hardware and software).
  • Developing and implementing IT service management processes according to ITIL standards.
  • Monitoring service quality and customer satisfaction, and deriving improvement measures.
  • Managing the lifecycle of end-user hardware and software, including procurement, installation, and maintenance.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for all service-related inquiries and escalations.

Your Profile

  • Completed technical training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a degree in computer science.
  • Several years of professional experience as an IT service technician or in a similar role with initial management experience.
  • Profound knowledge in the support of common workplace technologies (e.g., Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory).
  • Experience with IT service management tools and knowledge of ITIL is an advantage.
  • A high degree of service orientation, communication skills, and a team-oriented work style.
