About The Role

We're looking for AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content and ensure it meets rigorous standards for safety, fairness, and ethical alignment.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills. Your judgment helps keep AI systems honest, fair, and aligned with human values --- no prior AI or policy experience required.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
• Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential for harm
• Identify content that could be misleading, harmful, or inappropriate
• Provide clear, structured written feedback on policy-related issues and ethical concerns
• Work across a wide variety of topics, content types, and use cases
• Complete task-based assignments independently and on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively
• Naturally drawn to questions of fairness, ethics, or responsible technology
• Able to articulate your reasoning clearly in writing
• Detail-oriented and consistent in your assessments
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
• No prior experience in AI, policy, or compliance required

Nice to Have

• Background in ethics, philosophy, policy, law, journalism, or social sciences
• Experience evaluating content for quality, accuracy, or compliance
• Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation concepts
• Academic or professional interest in responsible AI or digital governance
