Job Description

The aLIVE-Service GmbH is a young and modern company in the field of statutory social insurance. It primarily supports health insurance companies in all back-office areas, with a focus on contribution collection and claims management. Do you want to develop yourself, expand your skills without rigid structures and hierarchies, and enrich our young company with your personality? For our location in Magdeburg, we are looking for several colleagues in the areas of contribution collection and claims management.

Your Responsibilities

  • You proactively support our customers and manage individual care needs.
  • Forwarding customer-specific information.
  • Processing partially complex benefit and insurance issues, as well as managing sick pay cases.
  • General office administration.

Your Profile

  • Training as a specialist in social insurance (specialization KV) or at least two years of professional experience in the statutory social insurance (GSV) sector.
  • Knowledge of administrative enforcement and insolvency law.
  • Ideally, sound knowledge of ISKV and 21c, as well as MS Office skills.
  • Professional experience in insurance, reporting, and contribution law, as well as in the financial sector.
  • You have already demonstrated your strong communication and customer orientation skills in another statutory health insurance company.
  • A high quality of work aligns with your fundamental understanding of a successful customer experience.
  • "Soft skills" such as a strong sense of responsibility, social competence, results orientation, flexibility, motivation, and commitment.
