Your tasks as a Systems Engineer for Microsoft Cloud & Cloud Services

• Administration and further development of complex Microsoft 365 and Azure environments for our customers.
• You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and documenting cloud projects.
• You will ensure the security and compliance of the cloud services (Azure AD, Defender, Sentinel).
• Automation of administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting languages is also part of your responsibilities.
• You will act as the 2nd and 3rd level support for all cloud-related inquiries and independently resolve incidents.
• You will monitor the hybrid cloud infrastructures and ensure smooth operation.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed IT training (e.g., as a Fachinformatiker/in for system integration) or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the administration of Microsoft Cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure).
• In-depth knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Experience in scripting, ideally with PowerShell.
• Relevant certifications such as "Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate" are desirable.
• You have strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation.
