How can you make an impact?
- Manages Allianz Groups Mini Mobility Program, a designated short term program to develop talent and foster personal growth. This may include:
- Pro-actively engages with employee and internal stakeholders in a key account role for the Mini Mobility Program
- Prepares and administers Mini Mobility related documents
- Interfaces with tax advisors and other external suppliers on a daily basis to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations
- Supports with operational and administrative tasks for all types of international assignments at all hierarchical levels throughout the entire assignment life-cycle
- Participates in special mobility related projects and actively supports in various strategic initiatives
- Engages to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor or equivalent education in Human Resource Management, (International) Business Studies / Administration, Information Systems / Business Information Technology, (International) Cultural Studies or Business Law
- Profound knowledge of the M365 Co-pilot Suite (former Microsoft Office 365)
- IT programming skills are a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German, additional language is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- First work an/or project management experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Process orientation essential
- Experience in vendor management and/ or implementation of IT tools is a plus
- Able to work independently with appropriate level of communication and stakeholder management
- Effective interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Comfortable operating at a fast pace and dealing with change, flexible and thinking outside the box
- Engaged and willing to combine work and studies
