For our client, an internationally active industrial company with a stable market position and a continued growth trajectory, we are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building structures, to start as soon as possible.

In this newly created position, you will play a key role in the establishment and further development of the internal legal department and act as a direct sparring partner for management. You will shape processes, standards, and guidelines and provide legal support to the company in an international environment. We look forward to receiving your application as Senior Legal Counsel.

Your Responsibilities:

• Establishment and structuring of the internal legal function, including processes, standards, and documentation
• Close collaboration with management and specialist departments to identify and manage legal risks
• Legal advice on contractual matters, international business transactions, and risk and compliance issues
• Preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts (including supply, distribution, cooperation, and IP agreements)
• Management and coordination of external law firms and support of ongoing legal disputes
• Assessment of legal implications of internal policies and corporate decisions
• Support on topics such as data protection, regulatory requirements, and company-wide compliance
• Participation in corporate law matters, cooperations, and projects

Your Profile:

• Completed law degree (LL.B, LL.M, or equivalent) with a focus on business or international law
• Several years of professional experience (ideally 5 years) as an in-house counsel or in a business-oriented law firm
• Experience in an industrial or internationally focused environment is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills; Russian skills are an advantage
• Strong communication skills, discretion, and organizational talent
