Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Assistant role based in Düsseldorf, with flexibility for some remote work. The assistant will support day-to-day administrative tasks, organize schedules, manage correspondence, and coordinate meetings and events. Additional duties may include maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting team projects to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in scheduling, organization, and task management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for correspondence and reporting
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in using office software, calendars, and collaboration tools
- Adaptability to hybrid work environments, with the ability to work both in-office and remotely
- Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in office administration or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in German and English is highly advantageous
