Werkstudent*in Solutions Engineer (m/w/d)
About the Role
Do you want to help shape the future of renewable energies? Your ideas count here! We are developing the operating system for renewable energies and making the management of corresponding plants easier with the Amperecloud Platform -- for a world where green energy secures growth.
As a Working Student*in Solutions Engineer (m/f/d), you will work closely with real customer cases at the interface between technology, product, and customer. This is not a support job and not a classic working student position, but a role for students who think structurally, want to take responsibility, and want to develop professionally quickly.
Hiring Managers: Egon Wilcsek and Paul Heinßen Recruiter: Victor Pels-Leusden Contract Type: Working student contract, part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) Work Location: Berlin
Your Tasks at a Glance:
-
Analysis and Structuring of Customer Requirements: The role is deliberately designed so that you learn to translate fuzzy problems into structured technical questions and develop solutions where product, engineering, and real customer systems meet -- a working style strongly based on Forward Deployed Engineering.
-
Reports and Technical Analyses: During onboarding, you will support the creation of technical reports and analyses based on our platform. With growing experience, you will independently conceptualize and structure reports, define the right questions, and interpret results for internal and external stakeholders.
-
Technical Consulting with Substance: You will work on specific customer requests and learn to prepare complex technical correlations clearly, logically, and solution-oriented -- always with a focus on feasibility and scalability.
-
Interface between Customer, Sales, and Product: You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering and support the development of technical solution concepts, decision-making bases, and documentation.
-
Product Demos and Presentations: During onboarding, you will accompany product demos and presentations to learn about typical use cases, system logic, and customer questions. In the long term, you will prepare demos independently and confidently explain technical correlations to internal and external stakeholders.
-
Technical Documentation and Structure Building: You will create and improve technical documentation to make knowledge scalable and sustainably increase the quality of our work.
What We Offer You:
- Development: Professional and personal development through challenging tasks, educational leave, and working on complex problems.
- Impact: Contribution to a software platform for the operation and optimization of large portfolios of renewable energies.
- Work Environment: Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team with regular exchange, team events, and offsites. Office in Berlin, dog-friendly.
- Mobility: JobRad leasing and a Deutschlandticket subsidized up to 100%.
- Health & Care: Company pension plan, childcare subsidies, and access to Wellpass.
- Work Model: Office-first work model with presence in the Berlin office. Home office is possible up to two days a week. Flexible working hours within the scope of team and project requirements.
