Business Architect (m/w/d)

Requirements

Must have:

• Successfully completed university studies (Master's level) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, or Systems Analysis, with a focus on Business Architecture Management, Digital Business Models, and Platforms, or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in the further development of architectures and IT strategies, integrating business goals, functional requirements, and aspects of data protection and IT security.
• At least 2 years of experience in at least two disciplines of IT solution development, such as technical or infrastructure architecture, application development, middleware, database management, or cloud development.
• Ideally, you already have leadership or project management experience.
• Negotiable German language skills (C1 level) and fluent English (B2 level).

Responsibilities:

• As a Business Architect (m/f/d), you will actively shape the corporate architecture of AOK PLUS. You will take responsibility for the strategic alignment of the IT and process landscape and drive innovation.
• You will develop and manage the holistic corporate architecture, considering the business strategy, regulatory requirements, and data protection aspects according to the "Privacy by Design" principle.
• You will further develop the methods of IT and process consulting and empower your colleagues. You will evaluate new technologies and applications and develop recommendations for integration into business processes.
• You will take on the technical leadership of strategically important federal-level projects and advise top management.
• You will actively support the implementation of AOK PLUS's platform strategy and integrate the resulting requirements into the overall architecture.
