Your Responsibilities:

  • Independently support clients in complex legal matters through written communication or phone calls, leveraging your legal expertise.
  • Proactively identify issues and provide appropriate solutions in a service-oriented manner, maintaining a peer-to-peer relationship with clients.
  • Manage ongoing legal protection insurance claims efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and sales partners to clarify details and determine insurance coverage.
  • Handle final claim processing with meticulous attention to detail.

Your Profile:

  • Required: Completed degree in Business Law (Bachelor of Laws) or Law with a successfully completed first or second state examination in Germany.
  • Desirable: Previous professional experience is a plus, but recent graduates, career starters, and career changers from law firms are also warmly welcomed.
  • A good understanding of client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • Strong negotiation skills, organizational talent, and a structured, pragmatic work style.
  • Very good German language skills and ideally English language skills.
