To expand our expert team at Argumed, we are looking for an Occupational Health Assistant (m/f/d) who works from home and on-site at the customer's premises within a radius of approximately 180 km from your city:

Your Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact (m/f/d) and advise customers on all relevant occupational medicine topics.
  • Conduct legally required preventive examinations directly on-site at the customer's premises (e.g., screen examinations, travel-related examinations, etc.).
  • Support our customers with research and appointment scheduling, e.g., finding company doctors in the customer's region and coordinating suitable appointments between customers and doctors.
  • Take care of the preparation and follow-up of all important documents and certificates and ensure the continuous maintenance of relevant documents.
  • You will have the opportunity to regularly organize and coordinate medical action programs and preventive occupational health protection measures.
  • For our key account customers, you will be responsible for technical and organizational coordination.
  • Be a sparring partner for our team and support us with ideas and your expertise to constantly improve together.

Your Profile

  • You have completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d), Nurse, Company Paramedic, Emergency Medical Technician, or a comparable qualification. Plus: Completed AMA advanced training according to the BÄK curriculum. Prior experience in occupational medicine is essential.
  • You have the necessary willingness to travel to provide optimal on-site advice to customers.
  • You find it easy to understand customer needs and pragmatically identify the best solution.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both on the phone, in emails, and in personal conversations.
  • You are comfortable working with little supervision, making independent decisions, and taking responsibility for them.
  • You speak German at a native level (Bonus: good English skills).
