We are searching for a candidate who can help Arise reach its full potential and become a leader in the Health & Fitness category.\n\nWe offer autonomous work in a young, international team, with the flexibility to work remotely on a flexible schedule.\n\n## Tasks\n\n- Development and maintenance of the product roadmap\n- Definition of product requirements (user stories, specifications)\n- Collaboration with UX/UI designers for an optimal user experience\n- Interface between development, design, marketing, and management\n- Conducting market and competitive analyses\n- Identification of new features and improvements based on user feedback\n- Creation and prioritization of backlogs\n- Management of releases and feature rollouts\n- Optimization of internal processes and procedures (e.g., support, QA, deployment)\n- Development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)\n- Collaboration with customer support to analyze and resolve issues\n- Monitoring app performance and operational KPIs\n- Introduction and maintenance of process automation tools\n- Coordination with external service providers or partners\n- Analysis of user behavior (e.g., via Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase)\n- Creation and presentation of reports and dashboards\n- Measurement and optimization of KPIs (e.g., B.
