TEMPTRESS is a Berlin-based independent feminist art magazine with Ukrainian roots. Published biannually, it explores eroticism, desire, identity, and intimacy through bold visual and conceptual storytelling. TEMPTRESS blends artistic, literary, and critical content, providing a platform for artists, writers, photographers, and critics. The magazine fosters a community that values authenticity and daring voices, with each issue revolving around a central theme explored through multimedia projects.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated intern to support both Brand Partnerships and Operations, working closely with our Brand Manager and team. In this role, you will assist and support ongoing processes, helping to maintain smooth workflows, contribute to establishing new brand partnerships, research and manage databases of potential partners and distributors, and gain hands-on experience in how an independent magazine operates.

About You

You are currently enrolled in a university program (or a recent graduate), available approximately 15 hours per week for 3-6 months (flexible), highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, are comfortable with Google Workspace and project management tools, and are excited to contribute to a team while supporting ongoing processes. You have a genuine interest in independent publishing, feminist media, and creative culture.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with outreach, sales, or partnership support
• Familiarity with the independent magazine or publishing landscape
• Knowledge of brand collaborations
• Based in or near Berlin
• Additional language skills such as Ukrainian or German
• Basic design skills
