We need people whose hearts beat for IT. That's why we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager Handel (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as soon as possible for our location in Bielefeld or Home Office.

Your Responsibilities

  • Placing our product portfolio with prospects and customers, especially in retail and with trading manufacturers
  • Analyzing the challenges and goals of our customers, understanding business processes and their mapping in IT systems
  • Communicating solution approaches together with our experts, particularly based on SAP/Hybris
  • Competent contact person primarily for new customers but also for existing customers, building and maintaining long-term partnerships
  • Accompanying potential customers in their decision-making process up to the conclusion of the contract

Your Profile

  • Availability of a network to decision-makers regarding IT spending at our target customers, especially in retail and/or with manufacturers
  • Proven success in sales and/or business development of complex IT services and extensive knowledge of the product, system, and service spectrum of IT service providers with a focus on SAP/Hybris
  • Experience preferably in retail and regarding SCM topics or proven expertise in the area of e-commerce / omnichannel
  • Successfully completed studies, ideally in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
  • Professionalism and tact in negotiations with high-ranking customers
  • Very good German and English skills
