Responsibilities
- Conception and technical implementation of CRM and Customer Service solutions based on SugarCRM and Zendesk
- Customizing web-based SugarCRM and Zendesk solutions according to customer requirements
- Development of individual extensions and adjustments using PHP and JavaScript
- Integration and connection of third-party systems via REST
- Participation in customer workshops for capturing and analyzing requirements
- Realization up to live deployment in coordination with our team and our customers, customer support and further development even after introduction
Qualifications
- Good PHP skills
- Experience with web technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with relational database systems, especially MySQL
- Experience with SugarCRM and/or Zendesk or comparable solutions is an advantage
- Experience with common development methods and versioning/deployment tools
- Very good German language skills
