We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Outbound Engagement: Initiate first contact through cold calls, emails, and social outreach - with a focus on securing qualified meetings.
  • Lead Research & Prospecting: Independently identify and qualify potential customers using various channels.
  • CRM Management: Diligently document all activities and insights in the CRM to ensure transparency and team alignment.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales managers to share feedback, refine targeting, and boost conversion rates.

Requirements

Skills & experience you will need 💪

  • Experience in sales execution or a similar role.
  • Proven success in ambitious settings.
  • Very strong communication and listening skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent in German & English.

Great to have ➕

  • Proven ability to manage HubSpot and analyze data to drive revenue growth.
  • Fluent in French.
