About Us

We are the digitalization partner of the cooperative financial group and combine decades of banking expertise with modern information technology. Our IT solutions and services, tailored specifically for banks, range from data center operations and the agree21 banking system to app development. As a German-speaking company, we utilize future-oriented technologies such as artificial intelligence and smart data, and place great importance on process optimization, security, and regulatory compliance.

For our Core Banking business unit within the Services and Operations Tribe, we are looking for you to join us full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) as a Project Consultant (m/f/d) in Karlsruhe or Münster. Your role will be assigned to the Strategy, Standards, and Projects Chapter/Squad, where you will collaborate with colleagues across different locations and with diverse interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • As part of our quality assurance measures for our clients, we conduct tests for the year-end closing process throughout the year.
  • You will support the year-end closing team in the planning and organizational adaptation of the decentralized infrastructure to an ever-changing environment.
  • You will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of technical issues, coordinating the involved personnel.
  • You will serve as the point of contact for specialist teams regarding technical questions.
  • You will contribute to the documentation of project results.
  • You will support project management with coordination tasks and act as their deputy when necessary.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, along with several years of relevant professional experience in the IT sector.
  • You possess very good knowledge of OpenShift and CICD.
  • You have foundational knowledge in Mainframe, Client-Server, Network & IT Architecture, and Automation.
  • You have experience with agile concepts and methodologies (e.g., KANBAN and Scrum).
  • You impress with your independent, goal-oriented, and structured way of working, as well as your strong communication skills. A high level of commitment and initiative, decisiveness, and assertiveness complete your profile.

Our Team

Atruvia is proud to be part of the Cooperative Financial Group. This affiliation clearly distinguishes us from other companies. In a cooperative, every voice counts. Everyone bears responsibility. This requires a stable foundation of values.

At Atruvia, this means: being there for each other, interacting openly, respectfully, and honestly, acting with personal responsibility, and making results-oriented decisions.

Application Process

After an initial exchange in the Instaffo Chat, your profile will be reviewed.

Ideally, this will be followed by an interview with the relevant department.

We look forward to hearing from you!
