We are a venture studio and software agency with 50 employees, currently growing towards 100 employees by 2026.

Your Aspirations

Your Responsibilities

Core Tasks:

  • Project Screening: Review and evaluate up to 200 project emails daily from cooperation partners.
  • Matching: Identify the 5-15 truly suitable projects per day and assign them to our available internal experts (Java, Embedded, ML, etc.).
  • Profile Optimization: Enhance consultant profiles – this is where your technical understanding comes into play!
  • Pitching: Create and send concise email pitches to recruiters, including pricing, arguments for suitability, and CV.
  • Closing: Actively follow up with recruiters by phone to successfully place our experts in projects and secure the deal.

General Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a sustainable network of end clients.
  • Expand and develop a portfolio of existing clients through consistently managed executive touchpoints, systematic cross-/upselling, and scalable framework agreements.
  • Cold-call new clients with individual and creative outreach campaigns, rigorous qualification, and structured deal management through to closing.
  • Take ownership of your pipeline, forecast, and margins with transparent reviews, consistent CRM maintenance, and value-oriented pricing and conditions.
  • Translate market and technology insights into viable go-to-market strategies and measurable customer benefits.

Your Qualifications

You:

  • Are a sales talent with drive and persuasive power, ideally with experience in IT services or personnel recruitment.
  • Have at least 3 years of demonstrable success in new client acquisition within the IT sector and successfully filling permanent and contract positions in a 360° personnel services setup.
  • Possess a good fundamental technical understanding to comprehend IT project requirements and identify/optimize suitable expert profiles.
  • Know what a microcontroller is; Java Spring Boot and Kubernetes are familiar terms; you know PyTorch.
  • Are a strong communicator, sociable, and comfortable using the phone.
  • Have a growth mindset and are driven to continuously improve in life.
  • Believe your potential is far from exhausted.

Experience in IT services or personnel recruitment is a strong advantage.
