Kaufmännische Assistenz (m/w/d)

Your main tasks:

  • Reception and telephone switchboard as well as central email inbox
  • Management of the ticket system, including prioritization and processing of incoming requests
  • Processing and distribution of incoming mail as well as organization of goods inward and outward
  • Friendly reception, care, and hospitality for visitors
  • Commissioning and coordination of tradespeople for repairs and maintenance work
  • Organization, booking, and support of meeting rooms
  • Responsibility for key management and participation in fleet management
  • Independent procurement and management of office supplies (consumables and furniture)
  • Support with correspondence, appointment coordination, and other administrative tasks

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in office management, commercial assistance, or a similar administrative function
  • Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with ticket or administration systems
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken
