About The Role
As a founding GTM Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our technical operations, building and optimizing the automation workflows that power our clients' growth engines. You'll work behind the scenes to create sophisticated Clay workflows, signal-based targeting systems, and multi-channel outreach automation that drives predictable pipeline for our partners.
This is no ordinary 9-to-5 job.
This Job gives you the opportunity to shape the German GTM Space.

Key Responsibilities
Automation & Workflow Building:
- Build and optimize complex Clay workflows for data enrichment and lead generation
- Create signal-based targeting systems using Trigify, Apify, and other data sources
- Design multi-channel outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Integrate and orchestrate tools like Clay, HubSpot, Instantly, HeyReach, and CRM systems
Technical Excellence:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all campaign executions
- Implement quality control processes for lead enrichment and outreach
- Design creative solutions to unlock value through our data and tech stack
- Build scalable systems that can handle multiple clients simultaneously
Client Delivery:
- Support in delivering technical solutions for client campaigns
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for improved performance
- Create documentation and handover materials for client systems
- Collaborate with strategy team to implement campaign requirements
Innovation & Growth:
- Stay ahead of new tools and platforms in the automation space
- Design new methodologies for signal detection and lead qualification
- Experiment with AI-powered personalization and targeting approaches
- Contribute to our proprietary methodology development
Who You Are
Required Experience:
- 1 years building complex data enrichment and automation workflows
- 1 years advanced experience with Clay (workflows, integrations, API connections)
- Technical Skills: Web scraping, data manipulation (CSV, JSON), API integrations
- Tools Expertise: Proficiency with Trigify, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Smartlead/HeyReach
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
- Remote Work: Self-directed and effective in remote collaboration environments
Bonus Experience:
- Agency or B2B marketing background
- HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Operations Hub) experience
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations
- Experience with: Notion, Multi-channel Outreach tools, LinkedIn automation tools, CRM systems
- Understanding of GDPR and email deliverability best practices
