Your profile:

Backend Engineering Expertise: Several years of hands-on backend development experience with preferably strong proficiency in PHP, particularly using the Symfony framework.
System & API Development: Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining robust backend systems in production environments, including strong expertise in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Cloud & DevOps Practices: Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and modern DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is highly valued.
Event-Driven Architecture (Bonus): Familiarity with Kafka or similar event-driven messaging systems is considered a strong advantage.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Solid understanding of automated testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, with a focus on delivering reliable and high-quality software aligned with overall quality standards.
Product-Oriented Mindset: A strong focus on building solutions that deliver measurable value for users and business outcomes.
Team & Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a supportive engineering culture.
Security & Compliance Awareness: A proactive approach to implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English.
