What You Will Do
As an Expansion Manager / Director, you will have end-to-end responsibility for expanding our practice network, making you significantly responsible for our patient and revenue growth. You will identify new growth opportunities, conduct negotiations, manage multiple stakeholders in parallel, and ensure that new practices open on time, approved, and ready for operation.
You will be an entrepreneur within the company — with clear ownership for time, budget, and results.
Your Path to Success
- End-to-end responsibility for the expansion of the Avi Medical practice network and ownership of the budget
- Identification and approach of GPs ready for handover, pitching the Avi Medical concept, and negotiating practice acquisition up to the purchase agreement
- Selection and securing of suitable practice locations, including space assessment, viewings, and lease negotiations
- Management of the entire acquisition and opening process — from planning to on-time practice opening
- Coordination of all internal teams (Operations, Medical, Marketing, Finance, People) and external partners
- Responsibility for all regulatory processes, including KV coordination, applications, and approvals
- Ensuring on-time, approved, and budget-compliant openings
- Active stakeholder management with doctors, landlords, brokers, general contractors, and authorities
What You Should Bring to Be Successful in This Role
- Several years of experience in expansion, site development, real estate, or M&A
- Proven experience in managing projects under time pressure
- Very strong negotiation skills and economic understanding
- High degree of personal responsibility, organizational skills, and assertiveness
- Excellent communication skills — both internal and external
- High willingness to travel within Germany
- Ideally, experience in the healthcare sector (not a must)

Salary
The salary for this role, based on experience: €85,000 - €105,000 gross per year plus a variable bonus and an attractive ESOP package.
