Your Responsibilities

• Providing fast and effective IT support for employees in the office and remotely (via Jira HD, email, Slack, phone, 1:1 on-site).
• On- and offboarding of employees, including hardware provision (Windows, & Mac) and access to required tools from the first day of work.
• Maintenance and improvement of the IT infrastructure at the workplace (e.g. TV, printer, scanner, conference room equipment).
• Hardware management: Management of zolar-owned devices, including inventory, lifecycle monitoring and repairs.
• Contract and license management: forecasting requirements, negotiating with vendors and monitoring usage.
• Development and implementation of improvements in software and systems (e.g. Okta, knowledge base, process updates).
• Collaboration with external providers for construction work, maintenance and testing in office buildings.

Your Profile

• A friendly, positive nature.
• Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn.
• Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a hybrid work environment.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills, both with internal staff and external partners.
