Your Responsibilities:
- Independent management and coordination of customer orders in the field of outdoor advertising
- Ensuring a smooth process from order entry to final implementation and billing
- Communication and coordination with customers, external partners, and internal departments
- Monitoring timely implementation (delivery times and poster placement)
- Contact person (m/f/d) for all order-related questions
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Kaufmann/-frau in Groß- und Außenhandel, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Bürokaufmann/-frau, or equivalent)
- Experience in customer relations, ideally in sales or order management
- Organizational skills, structured work approach, and strong results orientation
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and high customer and service orientation
- Proficient in MS Office
- Sense of responsibility, flexibility, and enjoyment of collaboration with external partners
