Your Responsibilities:

Independent management and coordination of customer orders in the field of outdoor advertising
Ensuring a smooth process from order entry to final implementation and billing
Communication and coordination with customers, external partners, and internal departments
Monitoring timely implementation (delivery times and poster placement)
Contact person (m/f/d) for all order-related questions

Your Profile:

Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Kaufmann/-frau in Groß- und Außenhandel, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Bürokaufmann/-frau, or equivalent)
Experience in customer relations, ideally in sales or order management
Organizational skills, structured work approach, and strong results orientation
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and high customer and service orientation
Proficient in MS Office
Sense of responsibility, flexibility, and enjoyment of collaboration with external partners
